Fine example of a ruby and Jargoon brooch made in Ceylon or Sri Lanka around 1875 . Set in silver with gold sheeting, four ceylonese rubies and a multitude of “ MATARA DIAMONDS” or Jargoons.
Very good condition- good size and rare shape. All original including pin and clasp
